1. Initial Design Briefing & Site Analysis

Through an initial meeting, in person or online, we listen closely then have an in-depth discussion around how you and your family would like to live and feel in your space. Your existing home and site conditions alongside proposed plans will be reviewed alongside this discussion to further understand the desired function and requirements of each space. We will collaboratively formulate a tailored and concise brief that informs our approach, the aesthetic, functionality, timeline and budget moving forwards.

2. Design Development

A functional space and furniture layout maximises liveability, your home should be beautiful and practical for everyday living. In this stage we present a proposed furniture layout plan alongside an itemised product list, indicative budget showing product pricing as well as an overall project spend. Proposed design direction project imagery is presented at this stage too, broken down per space to confirm the visual direction.

For material and finishes selection projects and/or joinery design this imagery is focused toward hard finishes whereas for furniture packages the imagery is catered towards this.

3. Design Implementation

Initial ideas are turned into actualised selections. In this phase, we research, select and narrow down materials and finishes and/or furniture, lighting and rugs.

For furniture packages, a combination of fixed and loose furniture, vintage, new and family favourites are integrated to create a considered home. We have close relationships with local makers and international suppliers which allow us to source beautiful pieces and find those hidden gems.

We also visit showrooms with you to view fabrics, test out the furniture and check progress on custom items. From signing off on approved selections, we prepare and track orders, approve finishes and make sure everything is on track as it should be.
